our Process

1.Fill out the initial form

Once you reach out to us in the contact form, we will send over a form and waiver for you to fill out

2.meet and greet call

We will then schedule a quick call to discuss your goals, wants and needs. We will also discuss set up and what is needed for the scan to take place

3.Scan time

We will then schedule a time for the scan to take place, and of course this will happen in your home!

The physical photo prints will be printed and given to you right after the scan.

4.Delivering photos

Usually within a couple days, we will compile, edit and send over your images right to your email!

"Is the ultrasound safe for my baby and me?"

Yes. Ultrasound uses high-frequency sound waves, not radiation (like X-rays). Current medical evidence overwhelmingly shows no confirmed harmful effects on the fetus from diagnostic ultrasound levels.

"do you offer 3d/4d ultrasounds?"

As we are a mobile ultrasound service, our compact machines are not capable of creating 3D/4D renderings of your baby at this time. As technology evolves, who knows what the future holds.

"Can my partner/family be with me?"

Absolutely! Since we set up our machine and table within your living room and hook up our machine to your TV, it is totally fine having your loved ones join us while we scan! We recommend we keep the viewing party size limited to the available seating you have in your living room.

"When can we find out the baby's gender?"

Gender can usually be determined with a high degree of accuracy during the detailed anatomy scan (typically 18-22 weeks), provided the baby is in a cooperative position. Early gender scans are sometimes offered around 14 weeks.

"how does the maternity session work with ultrasound, photography and videography?"

We do our full service maternity shoots in 2 seperate sessions. First session is the Ultrasound scan, and second scan happens usually when mom has a baby bump (~30-34 weeks), where we do the videography and photography portion of your shoot!

"Can I request specific poses or shots?"

Absolutely you can, we will always work with our clients to support them in their goals! If you have any specific ideas you would like explored, let us know in our meet and greet call, that way we can do the research and tailor what your needs are to your liking!

"Can we meet before the session?"

We always do either a phone call or video call with our clients before the Ultrasound to go over wants, needs, goals, recommendations, scan set up, necessary preparations, and most importantly to meet you and get to know you!

"How long till I receive the final photos?"

We do in-home photo printing as well as digital image delivery of the images and videos. The in-home printing , you will receive right after the scan! The digital images and videos usually take a couple days for us to edit thema nd send them to you. Keep in mind this is just for the Ultrasound images/videos. Our maternity shoots with photography and videography can take up to 3 weeks for us to edit the photos and create the cinematic video.
